- Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan) / 400°F.
- Toss sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Roast for 10 minutes.
- Season salmon with 1 tbsp olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon. Place on tray.
- Add salmon to tray and roast for 15–18 minutes, until opaque and flakes easily.
- Steam broccoli for 4–5 minutes until vibrant and tender.
- Serve salmon, sweet potatoes, and broccoli with a drizzle of olive oil or lemon zest.
